Living by the sea has more than a few perks, one of them being people offer you fish! My neighbour handed me half a dozen mackerel the other day, so I thought I’d have a go at soused mackerel, I remember having it at one of my friends house as a child. I googled the recipe and off I went, it looked that good before it went in the oven I took a photo, and then one when it was ready, Yum!
